Eco-UV S ink

Available in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and White, Eco-UV S is developed specifically for use with Roland’s VersaUV UV-LED printers, including the hybrid roll-fed and flat-bed 64” LEJ-640 printer and both of Roland’s innovative LEC printer/cutters – the 30” LEC-330 and 54” LEC-540.

Able to print on a wide variety of shapes whilst retaining optimum adhesion and even colour consistency, it is perfect for adhering to the contours of PET bottles, plastic cups, thermoformed and vacuum formed products, plus three-dimensional signs and displays, industrial items and novelties for interior décor.

Eco-UV S is the ideal solution for high quality, low cost industrial prototyping of vacuum-formed and moulding products such as automotive interior parts or membrane switch panels for appliances, and is perfect for small lot production of signage or point of purchase displays.

Existing users of Roland’s LEC-330, LEC-540 and LEJ-640 UV-curable devices can upgrade their printer to accommodate this innovative Eco-UV S ink. Purchasers of new VersaUV printing platforms are able to specify their ink preferences at the time of ordering.

Eco-UV ink has been specifically designed to work with your Roland printer and Roland VersaWorks in order to get the best possible printed result. By allowing these 3 elements to work together, you allow optimum production efficiencies. As well as being specific to the VersaUV LEC-330, using Eco-UV inks have other benefits such as ink usage monitoring and optimisation, preventing excess ink usage to produce quality prints. Media profiles within VersaWorks are designed to work with Eco-UV to maximise media support and minimise ink consumption.

The chemical formulation of Eco-UV ink means it is kinder on the printer and the user. Reduced maintenance and downtime means that the printer can be in production more, making you more money and the lack of aggressive chemicals means that it doesn’t present a hazard to those working with it.

And finally, using Eco-UV will ensure that you can be covered by a Roland Service Agreement, giving you peace of mind should anything go wrong.

The Roland Technical Support team provides software, hardware and application support for the entire Roland range and consists of highly skilled engineers who are adept at problem solving and have a wealth of knowledge on Roland products and the industries the products are used in.

All members are comprehensively trained and provide phone, email and remote login support to ensure that your problem is solved as soon as is possible.

When technical support deems that a Roland Engineer is required, they will pass the necessary details on to the Service Team who will assign an engineer to visit according to your service level agreement.
