Eco-UV is an incredibly flexible ink. With new applications, it stretches the boundaries of ink technology.
Although not suitable for long-term outdoor use without proper UV protection (a year with clear coat finishing, 6 months without), Eco-UV shines for indoor applications such as labels and POS.

Eco-UV boasts a unique configuration of White and Clear ink, allowing the production of rich, dense colour graphics on clear, dark, opaque or metallic substrates and spot varnish, full flood gloss finishing and special effects such as 3 dimensional textures for value-adding prints when combined with CMYK.

Since Eco-UV ink is cured by UV lights shortly after it lands on the media, it means that media compatibility and colour consistency issues are virtually non-existent because droplets do not have time to react with or be absorbed by the media. This makes almost any stock media compatible with Eco-UV, which is especially beneficial for label and offset printers.

Eco-UV is also virtually odourless, VOC-free and safe after curing, presenting almost no hazard to its users.
