With faster than ever cutting speeds of up to 850mm per second and support for up to 350 grams of pressure, the GX-640 uses powerful digital servo motors to produce crisp, clean and versatile graphics, such as custom full colour POP displays, vehicle wraps, t-shirt heat transfers, labels and decals. Couple this with the extensive range of GX-640 compatible media such as vinyl, paint mask, reflective vinyl, twill, heat transfer and sand blast material and a ‘heavy mode’ function for great results on even the thickest of media with blade offset values that can be manually adjusted for optimum results on a wide range of materials.

The GX Pro Series comes with Roland CutStudio, a feature-rich design software developed for Roland vinyl cutters which lets users enlarge, reduce, re-position, rotate and mirror images. CutStudio also supports BMP, JPG, STX, AI and EPS file formats.
