EcoXtreme/EcoXtreme LT Ink
Roland EcoXtreme ink provides outstanding colour density, wider colour gamut and rugged durability. Available in six colours CMYKLcLm, EcoXtreme produces vibrant images even in high speed production modes on both boated and uncoated media. It is particularly well suited for vehicle graphics and volume banner production, offering exceptional bonding with uncoated banner substrates and tarpaulin as well as enhanced scratch and alcohol resistance for extended outdoor durability.
Roland EcoXtreme ink for the AdvancedJet AJ-i series comes in two formulations - EcoXtreme and EcoXtreme LT. This allows the right ink to be selected for each application, considering both the technical requirements and production costs involved. This flexibility allows maximisation of your Roland digital printing resources, expanded profit margins and continuous exceptional print quality.
EcoXtreme
For applications requiring extended outdoor durability of up to three years, Roland recommends original EcoXtreme ink. Developed for high durability of up to 3 years outdoors with low odour, EcoXtreme ink comes in 6 vivid colours (CMYKLcLm) for optimum industrial strength performance.
EcoXtreme LT
With outdoor durability of up to one year, EcoXtreme LT is an excellent choice for short and medium-term applications such as event graphics, campaign signage and temporary retail displays.
EcoXtreme LT is offered in six colours (CMYK+LcLm) and is very competitively priced almost 40 percent more affordable than original EcoXtreme ink.
EcoXtreme ink has been specifically designed to work with your Roland printer and Roland VersaWorks in order to get the best possible printed result. By allowing these 3 elements to work together, you allow optimum production efficiencies. As well as being specific to the AdvancedJet AJ-i series, using EcoXtreme inks have other benefits such as ink usage monitoring and optimisation, preventing excess ink usage to produce quality prints. Media profiles within VersaWorks are designed to work with EcoXtreme to maximise media support and minimise ink consumption.
The chemical formulation of EcoXtreme ink means it is kinder on the printer and the user. Reduced maintenance and downtime means that the printer can be in production more, making you more money and the lack of aggressive chemicals means that it doesn’t present a hazard to those working with it.
