Why Would I Need RolandCare?
The RolandCare support package is all about keeping your company open for business.
Without taking out a RolandCare Service Agreement, you could wait up to 10 working hours for telephone support and 10 working days for on-site engineer support, resulting in you losing critical business revenue should a fault occur with your machine.
With a RolandCare Service Agreement you are guaranteed free ongoing technical support by telephone, e-mail and on-site (if required) within agreed time scales. You also get at least 1 preventative maintenance visit each year (for printers only), and all your parts and labour costs are covered if you experience any problems with your machine.
