Only service engineers certified by Roland are authorised to install and service Roland equipment. Every member of the Roland Service Team has received comprehensive factory training at the Roland head office in Japan. Roland engineers undergo extensive training at the Roland DG Academy and must pass a final examination to be certified. As a result of this and ongoing training, Roland Service Engineers can supply full service and support to all Roland products in the UK and Ireland.

With full backup and support from Product Management, Technical Services and Research and Development Departments in both Japan and Clevedon, Roland Service Engineers receive regular update information regarding new and existing products resulting in them having the most robust and comprehensive training of all parties offering Roland product support. As well as hardware, Roland Service Engineers are well-versed in the software, ink, consumables and maintenance matters. They are also required to continually upgrade their skills through ongoing professional development and training to maintain their certification.
