Every Roland system includes a RolandCare Silver Service Agreement package for a 12-month fixed period, and some Roland cutting systems benefit from a 24-month standard RolandCare Silver support package.

This standard silver Service Agreement includes telephone and web support, parts and labour and transport costs within the UK. The Silver Service Agreement for printing systems also includes Standard Head Cover.

Upgrade to a RolandCare Gold Service Agreement at any time, simply by paying the cost difference.

Or choose an extended Service Agreement service level that suits your business and budget when your standard Silver Service Agreement package expires.
