Engrave Studio

To complement the versatility, intuitive design and value of the EGX-350 and EGX-360, EngraveStudio engraving software was developed. The software utilises a friendly graphical interface and creates realistic previews of the finished engraving to validate the design and gain customer approval.

Beyond the basics, you have V-carving capability to mimic hand carved results and various batch production options including text merging and sequential numbering.

The Product

You would normally expect to pay a four-figure sum for software with the capabilities of EngraveStudio – and yet, we have decided to include it with our best-selling EGX-350 and EGX-360 engravers.

The V-carve option automatically generates the toolpaths to create stunning multi-level engraving, giving sharp corners and deep channels to enhance designs and increase perceived value. All this is clearly previewed prior to production, and can be exported as realistic images for web content or emailed client approval.

When profiling shapes, fully customised 2D and 3D tabs/bridges can be applied to hold shapes in place to simplify securing material. Text-merge and sequential numbering can be applied to single or multi-sheet projects with data imported from various .txt and .csv file formats. Images and logos can be imported in vectored formats including .dxf, .eps, .ai, .pdf, .pvc, .v3d and .v3m and bitmaps can be imported and vectorised using .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .tif, .png and .jpeg formats.
