Our service department and customer service team are responsible for ensuring your equipment is delivered, to you when and where you want it, with specially selected national carrier companies contracted to handle distribution to keep costs down. Where large installations are involved, Roland ensures that thorough site surveys are carried out, that suitable lifting and handling equipment are employed, and that installation and removal of packaging material is overseen by an on-site engineer.
Our highly experienced trainers and engineers are trained and supported by the research and development team in Japan. No-one knows our machines as intricately as we do, and we always endeavour to deal with every problem as quickly and precisely as possible.
