Roland Authorised Dealer: key to the Roland community

At Roland we talk a lot about our community, our network of customers who demonstrate the Roland values of creativity, entrepreneurship and the pioneering use of technology. But an integral part of the Roland community too is the network of Roland Authorised Dealers.

We select Roland Authorised Dealers to represent the Roland DG brand as a leading manufacturer. As such they have full training in Roland products, but this is complementary to their existing local market knowledge – all-round expertise and experience that means they can advise on the best solution for their customers' needs. This isn't just concerning hardware; our Authorised Dealers are one-stop-shops, full solutions providers, installing and distributing media, ink, software and providing maintenance support so that everything in their customers' print rooms works in harmony from day one.

But dealers' support doesn't end there. They work to help their customers get the most out of their Roland solutions, in terms of production efficiency and application versatility, but also business potential. Roland Authorised Dealers act as mentors throughout and after the purchasing stage, helping their customers make safe business decisions based on Roland's ethical business practices, advising on the latest technical developments and trends in the industry, putting them in touch with the right people to evolve their business – and even just having a chat over a coffee.

Some Roland Authorised Dealers are specialists in particular types of technology– UV printing or dye-sublimation for instance – letting them give full and up-to-date information and advice on their intricacies. That said, all dealers in the network are trained and recognised for their knowledge across the Roland portfolio, so that they can help their customers make the best decisions for their business, from the first stages of thinking about an initial investment to exploring new media or applications.

Indeed, as Roland systems are designed for versatility, Roland Authorised Dealers are users' first point of contact for discussing diversification. They can create samples to demonstrate applications that other businesses have successfully achieved, or bring their customers' ideas to life – proving what's possible. They're problem-solvers too, trained to give advice on processes and products that could save time or money, and the right investment from the outset to boost ROI.

Finally, a key benefit of the Roland Authorised Dealer network is its size and geographical spread: there's likely to be an expert nearby who knows the local market inside out, who can provide the best support possible for the Roland community.

Indeed, without our dealer network, the Roland community wouldn’t be the envy of the industry that it is today. We’re incredibly proud of our products and the people who use them, and we’re grateful to every Roland Authorised Dealer for putting them together.
