This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding business. Reporting to the Head of RolandCare as RolandCare Business Manager you will be responsible for sales of extended warranty packages.  Candidates must possess a strong sales background to actively sell RolandCare warranties to our existing customer base and raise overall awareness of RolandCare and its benefits to our customers while ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained. Knowledge of Large Format Inkjet Printer or similar industry would be an advantage.

Location: Clevedon, North Somerset.

Sector: Large Format Printing/Engraving/3D

Salary: Basic (Relevant to Experience) + commission

Person Specification (critical skills the role holder must possess and demonstrate)

  • Highly competitive and hungry for results, with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in evaluating customer needs and consultative selling
  • Highly self-motivated and happy to work alone while remaining part of close-knit team
  • Ability to manage own work load
  • Good communication and listening skills, with an ability to build a good rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent sales skills

 

Experience & Education

  • Experience in evaluating customer needs and consultative selling over the telephone
  • Experienced in using CRM systems
  • Experience in social media & forums
  • Experience in supervising/managing
  • Experience of working within a Customer Service/Technical Sales Environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree desired but not essential
