Registering your warranty takes only a minute of your time and ensures that if you need to contact us, we’ll have all your details to hand already and can deal with your query as quickly as possible. It also means that you’ll have the reassurance of knowing that we’ll contact you before your original warranty expires, to highlight the ongoing extended warranty and cover options available.
Original Warranty Cover
We understand that your business depends on the smooth running of your devices. That’s why we offer a comprehensive and dedicated Original Warranty when you first buy your device, offering dedicated phone support and on-site service coverage*, if required. After the initial warranty expries you’ll then get the reassurance of the option to purchase an Extended Warranty to continue your cover.

Extended Warranty Cover
When your original warranty expires, we offer a range of comprehensive Extended Warranty packages tailored to suit your business and your budget. As RolandCare is provided directly by us, the manufacturer, you can be sure that your device is being cared for by factory-trained engineers, using genuine parts, with the latest knowledge and tools to keep your machine running smoothly.
